I picked up one from Sears in June for ~$250 that came with two three button remotes, premium control pad and exterior keypad.
Sears seems to have almost all of them on sale at one time or another and seems to sell more combinations of remotes and keypads with the openers than Rona or Home Depot even though all the openers are made by Chamberlain.
(Here's one (http://www6.sears.ca/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?categoryId=10686&catalogId=10001&storeId=10001&langId=-1&productId=158182195) from sears for $209.)
If you get a three button remote for at least one othe openers (or even as an add on) you could use one of the other buttons to open the other garage door.
I'd keep an eye out on the sears flyers. Right after I bought mine, a different one wason sale for slightly cheaper. :)

Thanks all... looks like Sears is where I should be looking. I've started an "off-topic" thread re: garage door openers as well. Trying to find out more about what to look for when buying one.
If those of you who have been through this before could tell me what you've learned, that'd help a lot!
