It's strange, but someone online applications (for companies, not job sites) as for a text-only version of some resumes.

Text Version Here (http://members.torquecentral.com/mir/mirhussain.txt)
MS Word Version Here (http://members.torquecentral.com/mir/mirhussaincurrent.doc)
I think its needs to convert into Functional Version.
I really want to take this thing in my hand and do it.
But English is not one of my strong move.

If you want a decent resume you have to write it yourself.

It needs to include whatever highlights of yourself you think the employers needs to see or you would want the employer to see with regards to the job you are applying for ...

If you are applying for a technical position , dont just say I have X certification , describe a project that was worked on by yourself or something usefull you did with the knowlege you learned from the certification.

I myself am an employer and am impressed by resumes that are fluent, easy to read, are to the point and neat, granted proper qualifications, thats a given but not enough.

By the way what job are you applying for?
