Osaka Teppanyaki is on west broadway. They are like between $25-$45 dollars per person for just the main meal.

Kobe Steakhouse - on Alberni near Burrard. Just went recently; dinner for four inicluding tip and a few cocktails cost me ~$230. It's been there for years, so I'm guessing you're not originally from Vancouver...

there is a coupon in the entertainment book for them too
