I would agree, and unfortunetly good looks gives a LOT of advantages to people in everything from work, to relationships. Its unfortunate we live in a superficial society, but eh thats life. I'll admit I am really superficial too when looks at chicks, I'm not going to lie.

lol yes it says that in the article, I just think women dont like to admit it as much as us men do

I am afflicted by this as well. All of the women on television who are written to be smart, logical, and witty have ruined dating for me.

The Ladder Theory (http://www.laddertheory.com/ratingsystem.htm) disagrees except for the "professionally". The actual profession isn't what matters. It's the income or power generated.

One thing ladder theory does not address (yet) is that a steady income is more desireable than a slightly higher but inconsistent income. The doctor who makes $90k/year is more desireable than the salesman who makes an average of $100k/year with each year varying between $60k and $140k.
