I'm looking for a "smart" NiMh Charger that is capable of charging each individual cell separately based on its current state for optimal performance.
I live in GTA and trying to find a store locally that sell a quality charger for up to $50. Right now I have my eyes set on the Panasonic BQ390 charger that I see going for $40 + tax without batteries. (I don't really need extra batteries)
Just wondering if anyone know of any deals or a good brand that I can get locally within my budget? I've heard of the Maha chargers, but I don't want to deal with shipping and stuff, as I need it within a few days. Any input would be appreciated. :)
