Ok, I have an old computer that the HD died on, It's ok because I have a new pc. My question is, my parents have a very slow pc, I was wondering if I can just pop their HD out of there pc and pop it into my old pc? Probably a dumb question, but just neede to know before hauling a PC to Mississauga in 20 minutes?

That would be a good idea. Make it an evening, have mom cook up that favourite dish of yours.

I would definitely bring some boot up cds/disk (depends how old is her computer), or bring a laptop to connect to internet to find some driver while you are there.
I have many many experience of wasting time to try to set up computer, when I forgot to bring MS windows boot up cd/disk, forgot to bring driver, can't connect to internet to find drivers because the network card doesn't work.

What OS is their current system running?
Depending on the answer, there's a few tricks to getting it to work.
