whats a good usb tv tuner for a laptop?

its for my gurlfriend.. she's jealous of my theatre pro 550 so she wants one.. but she has a laptop.. whats a good USB tv tuner? i told her this MSI VOX USB coz its $75 @ canada computers.. any comments on my suggestion to her? or are there any other?
