Simmering: Optex 3-Way Video / Still Tripod - $69.99
Available both online and in-store at Henrys.
Went to Henrys / Futureshop to pick up a tripod for my digital camera (shaky hands), and looked at Futureshop's selection (over priced) and then moseyed down next door to find the Optex T565 on sale for $69.99 marked down from 119.99.
I just checked the price of this unit and it is approximately 99.99, so its a decent deal.
Nice tripod, solid, well weighted but not too heavy or large. Can be using with video cameras (fluid movement on 3 axis) features a quick release system for speedy camera removal (plate screws to the camera, snaps into the tripod)
Pretty happy with the buy.
