I had the 820 - it's not too good of a BT headset - the volume is much too quiet. And the 820 only has one control button, making it very hard to put calls on hold, mute, etc.

I use the HS820 as well, same complaints. I really do hate the one button idea... still worth it for the price though.

You're much better off getting this (http://www.canadacomputers.com/index.php?do=ShowProduct&cmd=pd&pid=006395&cid=495) headset instead, from Canada Computers. I've had it for almost 6 months now, and it's great! Loud volume, excellent range, long battery life and windstop technology.

Motorola will be releasing their new headsets within the coming weeks. Maybe most places are trying to clear out older stock.

i pmed wirelesswave about 3 month ago, they had 820 for around the same price. i did with 850 for 99 bucks.
TD offered free shipping that time though, still on now ??
