I tried to open Itunes 6.0, reloaded it and i still cannot get it to open.. Anyone else have this problem?

Try looking at the running processes by shift+alt+delete and looking at the task manager. Is there an itunes process(es) running? Also, uninstall itunes and do a fresh install. See if that helps. Did you have itunes 5 running fine?
