So I searched the forum and saw nothing about this: Cream Liquor.
Personally I love them, there a lots of different kinds.
For example:
AMARULA (Marula Fruit Cream) http://www.liquormartsonline.com/e/gifs/giftexpress/amarula.jpg
BAILEY'S (Word famous Irish Cream) http://www.dutyfreetunnel.com/images/products/alcohol/baileys.jpg
CAROLANS (also Irish Cream, just had the pleasure of trying it this weekend and its really good, smoother than Bailey's, the guy at the liquor store told me that they had a blind test done between this and Bailey's and 90% of the people liked this one)

SANGSTER'S (Jamaica Rum Cream, the best I've tried so far in terms of Cream Liquors)

that's all I've tried so far, I wonder if any of you tried other cream liquor and would like to share your experience. I'd like to try some new ones this holiday.

That's true about the Carolan's Vs Bailey's.
I find that Bailey's is much "stronger" tasting in terms of alcohol. Carolan's is more "smooth" and less alcohol tasting. I suspect that people that go for this product lean towards the Carolan's attributes versus something like Bailey's.
Bailey's has big marketing though. Never seen a Carolan's advertisement ... ever.
There was a product that I bought for my father-in-law a couple of years ago ... or maybe it was last year.
We went to the local LDB here in BC during the Xmas holidays and they were giving free samples of this creamy liquor and it was delicious. Like drinking a dessert. I was surprised that he liked it as he's not an alcohol-kinda-guy per se ... but he liked it because it was something you could drink after dinner.
You know, nurse it down slowly enjoying the taste.
I can't remember the name, it was in a somewhat fancy glass bottle in more of a faceted wine bottle shape. Not like a Bailey's bottle.
Okay, I think I found it here at the BC Liquor Store website.

Good stuff ... and it looks to be in very limited supply AFAIK.

Though I usually prefer wine or beer over cream liquors, I have found one that I really enjoyed.
I found it a couple of years ago at the Yorkdale LCBO, and it's great. I think it's pretty hard to find though, so check the LCBO website for availability (search by the product number).
Just Desserts Chocolate Chip Cookie Liquor
LCBO# 600445

Not sure if Advokaat is sold in Canada. (Too lazy to check right now)
This is a Dutch egg-noggy liqueur and came in different flavours.

Hey,
I was just at the Ontario Wines store in the mall and the lady working there told me there is a "Canadian" Irish Cream.
Instead of spirits, it is made from wine and from Canada.
I was told the wine store can only sell wine-based liquors and drinks so it's the only place that has that drink.
I'll try and pick some up this weekend, hope it's good!

Talea is great, love that stuff can drink it all night.
I also tried abother irish cream, but it wasn't Baileys or O'Darbys...O'Carrols...O'Cranny's ?!?!? O'something, it was on a bottle of vodka I bought, it was better than anything else I've tried before.
Wish I could remember.
