:lol: Tell your experiences, always love hearing stories of the December mall circuses. Im avoiding it period. Buying all my stuff nearby and going when its dead.

No I haven't hit the malls yet although traffic on Saturdays is really picking up. I have no clue what I'm doing for gifts yets, not into shopping at all.

Yeah, I went to Sears to buy some nice trousers to wear for my new job. (Sears is attached to the local mall.) Crazy lineups and traffic of course. Really busy in the store.
They had those "scratch and win" cards that you scratch at the checkout to reveal a discount of between 10 and 50% off.
The trousers I was getting were $25 each after the 50% sale price discount. At the checkout, I scratched the card and it was another 50% off! (The back of the card said that only 1 in 100 are 50% off.)

Haven't yet - waiting until my final exam of the semester is finished next week.

Though I hate trying to find parking or even driving to the malls this time of the year, I do like to have a cup of capuccino at the mall while observing various shoppers walking by.
