I am not sure if this is a HOT DEAL or not. I will let you be the judge.

I purchased a Canon Powershot A410 (3.2MP, 3x Optical) for $149. The in store price is $169. I used one of the on line coupons for $20 off. I asked the Store Manager to honour the coupon since the camera was sold out online. He did.

I also purchased a 256Mb memory chip for $30 ($50 less $8 in store rebate less $12 mail in rebate). I purchased a camera case for $14 less a $5 rebate from a coupon.

Thanks to all who replied to my earlier questions on digital cameras.

It's about the good price.

It's the lowest end, entry level of Canon. Retail price is 149$us (169$CND) and since most store sell lower than Retail price (except Futureshop, Staples and Best buy) it's what you should pay for it.

they have camera cases for $14? wow! are the cases generic or for specific cameras? would it fit a Sony DSC S60 too? if not does anyone know how much a case for Sony camera would be?
