Costco's Kirkland Signature brand are actually OEM huggies and are plenty cheaper, if you have a membership.

Thanks but I don't got a membership  I adon't want to support Wally-World (Wal-Mart). I did some checking around and cheapest I saw was Food Basic's or No Frills don't know how there cheaper then say Zellers or any department store?

You won't find the newborn size at Costco. In fact, the smallest size they sell is hybrid size that combines sizes 1 and 2 (brilliantly called size 1-2) since the number of diapers that come in those big boxes will likely exceed the number of size 1 diapers you will need before switching to size 2. Costco sells Huggies and Kirkland Brand, but Kirkland are made by Huggies. Once they started carrying Kirkland, Costco stopped selling Pampers altogether.
Make sure you register at Huggie's website so that they will send you coupons, but in the meantime, the discount grocery stores will probably be your best bet. While my son was still in newborn size, we went through about 10 diapers a day, so I usually bought two packages of newborn size (40) to last just a week without having to run back to the store for more. You should also check a nearby Shoppers Drug Mart - their prices are usually higher, but I recall them being quite comparable for newborn size, and possibly more convenient than a discount grocery store. Make sure you get an Optimum card!
