I bought these at walmart. Total crap, little bit of water on them and they totally rusted. What stuff out there that can get rid of em?

wipe them down with some wd-40, I wouldn't do the handles cause it could be a bit slippery

sand the rust off, then spray with protectant/sealer

steel wool (bulldog) should do the trick. . .

tremclad enamel paint is cheap (~4-8$).
sanding paper and sanding handle should cost 10-15$ and is something you'll always need...

Wire brush, steel wool, lacquer thinner to clean them up (*use gloves*) then a rust paint of some sort. I'd have a rack or something setup, do one side at a time, take your time and they should turn out great. Lots of light coats.
