Try searching for curtis dvd player w/ memory card and usb... They have in at Canadian tire for 39.93 i think... this item in on clearance now once they are gone they won't have it no more... so hurry up and get 1 up b4 its too late! hehe

You have to go to the electronics section and ask for the Curtis DVD player with Memory Card Reader (thats the way it was listed in their system) selling for $59.99 - the item number is 99-2439-2.

b4 goin to your local CT call them up first if they still have stock... and before paying try them first if the disk tray is working properly and bring a usb drive or mmc card / memory stick so you can try them too! good luck!

Albion and Kipling has it! (GTA area)

Could someone explain what the benefits of using a HDD on a DVD player are?

Could use a 400gb harddrive filled with movies and music of course. Thats hours of entertainment. Not to mention it's ultra easy when it comes time to deleteing/updating files.

second that... thats true and you dont need those blank cd and dvd media and your burner too... just leave the files on your ext. hard drive and plug it in the player w/ usband your ready to go... remind you that you are only allowed to use the FAT and FAT32 format on your hard drive not NTFS
