I am looking for your suggestions on this one. What happened to me was that the online purchase I made on the morning of Boxing Day was a door crasher, but I was charged for full price. There was a post about the boxing week price fluctuations at FutureShop (http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/showthread.php?t=236533).
So Last night I went to a local FutureShop store. A CSR told me that they don't match Boxing Day price. I pointed to the Boxing Day flyer and the invoice and asked why they don't honour the sale price on the same day for the identical item? She explained that it went back to the original price after the door-crashers are sold. I was in a rush and didn't talk to a manager that night.
I also bought some door-crasher items after Boxing Day and still got the sale prices. I think the Boxing Day flyer is for all in-store and online items and it is confusing to see two prices running during the same period.
Anyway, I will pack the stuff into the box and bring all the paper work back to talk to a manager. If they refuse to honour the sale price I will just return it. I won't lose my cool to put up a fight. :)
