wrong section, but you should consider where you will be using it the most. If in the car, consider one with noise cancellation (HBH-300, pretty big though). If normally in quiet environment, then you could try one of the smaller ones like AX2.

I've tried both - the AX2 looked great, but no one could hear me and then it died. I returned it and got the HBH-300. It's a goliath, but it works in the car and outside.

If you want something cheap, canadacomputers is selling a logitech one for no more than 40 bux.

If you want something cheap-er, factorydirect has a body glove model for 19.99 :)

I'd go for logitech, better than body glove.

I recommend you read the rules about posting and then go to REQUEST A DEAL.

why does it take multiple posters to tell the OP that he's posted in the wrong section? I think one or two would do.

Since he can't move his own thread - once the mistake is made it is made. So until a MOD moves it relax, he has been told.

For a "Newbie" with 80 posts you should know better then to post in the wrong forum...

Remember one thing....BT headset work differently for each type of phone. So my suggestion is to do a lot of google searches, check Amazon and other such sites (CNET) for user reviews. And finally, buy it from a place where you will have no hassles returning it in case it does not suit your needs or work well with your phone.

I settled on the Scala-500, only because it was the loudest I could find...and the sound quality is generally ok - although the odd time people calling me hear an echo of their voice.

You'll never (at this point) find a BT headset to rival the consistent sound quality of wired ones.

I've had both of these headsets and can vouch, they are by far the best comopared to others i've tried. Worth the money and very comfy.
