I was trying to PM a product to FS with Tigerdirect. The sales or the section manager, gave me the excuse that Tigerdirect ships from the US, so they don't price match that, while I tell him there is a store here in Canada. I could just go to the store in Canada, and have nothing to do with the US.
But then he goes "well techically they ship from the US, so we can't do that" WTF? Then he starts going on about the warranty saying they don't PM, unless they have warranty. Well I went on the Tigerdirect website and it does come with warranty. So shouldn't they PM with Tigerdirect?
It's like they say that they don't PM with Dell, because everything comes from the US!
