Try digikey.ca , or mouser.com US shipping will cost abit though.
Need to have same value and size to rework. Manufacturer can be someone else.
Rework shouldnt be hard to do. If the pads are still there though, if they are ripped off aswell thats abit more work.

I have a dead X800XT, but there's no capacitor with that rating on mine

you can always use a cap with a higher voltage rating. Make sure the capacitence and type (electrolytic, ceramic, etc) is the same though.

NO!
The higher voltage rating on the cap is just a rating... but never go lower, cuz it will blow up the cap.

Have you tried radio shack? or The source? I am not sure if they have it, but they are the only ones that I know that carries electronics like 555 timers. BTW, you don't need to exact cap, just get one with the same rating.

Where do you live? Most cities have real electronics stores in them. Responding to the previous poster, there are electronic supply stores in Calgary NE.
Just get a capacitor of the same type, but higher voltage rating. Same thing happened to me a few years ago with a Ti4200. Got a bigger cap with long leads and soldered it at an angle away from the card.

Like others have side try Digikey, active(active-tech.ca), rpelectroincs, and your local electronic part store. Even if the local people dont have them they might be able to point you to the right direction. Might also want to look on ebay.

Either RMA or try Digikey.
That is a surface-mount (OS-CON?) capacitor, almost all electronic component stores DO NOT stock them.
