I just got an email from the Cdntire.ca email flyer offering free shipping from canadiantire.ca with promotion code FEBRUARY306.

It says the promotion code is only good till feb.14th.

I haven't tried it but I assume it works. The 306 might mean its only for Saskatchewan residents but thats just speculation.

gj169, You could try talking to the owner of the Canadian Tire to see if that particular store will help you with delivery. I did this with the Canadian Tire on Richmond Road in Ottawa, and was very happy with the outcome. The owner delivered it himself and charged me $50.00 - I thought that was fair for the delivery of a big aluminum (10 X 10, unassembled) shed.

(Couldn't talk him into putting it together for me, though! That cost me $1000 from a private contractor....I'll never go that route again!)
