So got a little problem guys. I'll be going to another university in one of these cities. Can anyone list anything they like, dislike, blah blah about any of these places? How's the nightlife? Etc... I know Chicago is 2x bigger than Philly, and chicago is more multicultural. Chicago is also more dangerous...well where the school is. I'll be going to a professional school, so don't have too much time, but most likely on the weekends. Thanks.

I definitely prefer Chicago over Philly.

I need reasons!!

The school in Chicago is in a VERY ghetto area. You're not supposed to walk outside by yourself past 6PM. At Philly, it's rather safe, as the area is a higher economic social status.

However, both clinics are awesome because of the huge patient base and diversity.

Gimme reasons please! Tell me what you liked/disliked.

Yes, there are areas of Chicago to avoid, like the Midway airport area. Other than that, the nightlife is certainly better, there's extensive public transportation. I guess I'm seeing it more from a visitor's point of view, rather that one that's residing there for months, but there was a lot more things happening in Chicago than in Philly. Which area is your university located in?

It's 3241 South Michigan Avenue.

I don't know what you call that area...IT's the other side of a river. Seems like once you cross it, it's the "Ghettos". On the website it says located just south of Chicago's "Loop"
