Just wondering what you guys format your SD or Flash cards at.
Since I'm using a PocketPC and almost always exclusively store 200MB+ movies, I always format my cards as FAT12 (instead of FAT 16 or 32) with sector sizes of 64KB.
I can understand formatting to FAT32 if you are using it in a Camera with a few thousand images, but for most pocketPC users you gain a little more space by doing FAT 12 or 16. There have been a couple times now where I have made a movie to the maximum size of a FAT16 SD card, only to have people not be able to use it because their card either defaults to FAT32 or they don't know how to change it.
