Want to sell an OEM opteron 165 that hits 2.7GHz prime stable with 1.33V, probably even 2.9-3.0 GHz.

Stepping: CCBWE 0550UPMW

2.7GHz @ 1.33V

Total running time: ~12hours 23 mins dual prime

2.8GHz @ 1.38V & 2.9GHz @ 1.424V

Boots into windows at these speeds, but could not dual prime due to cooling limitations on my system, need more voltage to be stable at those speeds. Might even be able to hit 3 GHz. Pretty sure it can hit 2.9 GHz, but I don't have the cooling to do it.

Was using a Zalman 7000.

damn good chip.

you need better ram.

like mine - OCZ 2x512 PC5000EL DFI NF4 LTD Ed. ;) ;)
but i havent had the luck yet of having a chip that can run 1:1 with it.

Close but no cigar.

I guess you gotta pay a premuim for a 2.7ghz opty right?
