Pharmaprix questions

I remember hearing that Pharmaprix/SDM had increased their points to cash redemption rate. I recently made some purchases, and the reciept showed that it still had the old table on the back that has 36000 pts for a 75$ redemption.

Didn't it change?

I'm planning on getting an Ipod with my points (~60,000) and was wondering when is a good time to buy it.
