Just out of curiousity, has anyone had their fridge door handle broken? Also, do you bother getting a new door handle or try to clue it back together?

glue it, or be ghetto and use a string, tie it in the inside of ur fridge. So when you need to open it, a quick pull and voila. ITS open

Thanks for the reply, I was thinking about crazy glue. Anyone have a suggestion as to kinds of crazy glue to get?

I tried using ones from the dollar store before which was a liquid kind but it doesn't work too well.

There's this stuff called gorilla glue or something, it was advertised in Road and Track, that stuff can bond metal and metal together apparently.

When my fridge door handle broke, I just took my neighbours

As said above tape does wonders! Also try super glue and dont try to get your fingers stuck together. Its quite painful and I learned it the hard way.

Nope, raised by a drunkin Irish father.
duct tape & metal coat hangers are the most used quick fix tools in my house when I was growing up
& if it held good? it was the only fix.

use epoxy its the strongest glue and i guarantee you it wont ever fall off from that spot, you have to mix the two tubes and then it does smell a bit bad but it works wonders
