View Full Version : Removing the Floppy drive icon from My Computer

I don't have a floppy drive anymore, yet one still appears in My Computer.

How can I get rid of this?

Just solved it...in case anyone is wondering...

went into Device Manager and disabled the Floppy Drive controller.
Immediately the icon disappeared from My Computer.
