I thought the YMCA was supposed to be an "affordable" organization for people. I looked at the rates and it's $50 for students 22+ OMG! Blah. I don't remember it being this high 6 years ago. Anyone else a member at YMCA?

Whatever it is that is cheaper than a Tim's per day.

you can get a discount if you can prove to them that you cant afford to pay the regular price.

You know, that's fairly affordable, because the YMCA I worked at, the student price was $120 for the membership, the health club was extra on top of that. Feel happy that yours is less than half of that.

Scarborough YMCA is ghetto, i drive to bayview/shepherd ymca even thou i live at Mccowan/Finch

Oh, I don't live in AB. I live in the poverty province of SK. No $400 cheque for me. :(
