Seagate ST1 5GB (CF Type II microdrive)
$190->$145->$125->$115 O.B.O.
This device is firmware-free, meaning it shall not require a true-ide interface (in layman's terms, it should work in all pdas, cameras, et al. that support a compactflash type ii interface).
Used (well, technically using) in my Dell Axim x51v.
An equivilant device on ncix is the Hitachi 4GB microdrive

Keep in mind, however, that the seagate st1 has a 2mb buffer as opposed to the 512kb hitachi buffer...
I shall also give you a little Lexar compactflash card reader as a bonus...it'll allow you to use the st1 as a usb mass storage device, and it's nice and small and convenient (5gb ums at your fingertips)

I also have a Viking 1GB CF Type I card i can throw in, and the package will be $180.
