I went to call this number 1866-662-3370 as shown on their website to inquire about my Hawking Rebate, the first thing I heard was: For Rebate Inquiry, please call 888-662-8828 ex.1000. Line gets disconnected.
I called 1888-662-8828 ex1000. right away at 7:15am PST (Just 10 minutes ago), the first thing I heard was. We're closed, please call back during business hours. Line gets disconnected.
WTF is this?? Isn't MST +1 hour than PST. I seriously think Hawking is too poor to afford a telephone line or a representive now.
