Hey Guys,

I'm driving down to Cleveland (from Toronto) tomorrow (tuesday) morning and I wanted to know whether I should take the Lewiston Bridge or the Peace Bridge to get through faster? I don't think I'll get there until 11am-noon anyways.

Does it also matter when I'm coming back on a sunday afternoon?

Someone also mentioned that the section of roads in between the 2 bridges is a bit more pleasant to drive on the Canadian side of the border. Just wanted to confirm if that's the case.

Thanks.

I would take the Peace bridge, it's closer to Cleveland plus you don't have to pay the Grand Island Tolls.

what he said.

Theres a 1800 number thats posted on the side of the QEW when you get to the border area. Just take the bridge with the least congestion.

with regards to the senic comment, if you cross at lewiston you get off the highway quicker and are in the states longer, if you cross at the peace bridge your in Canada Longer. No route is particularly secnic.

If your lookin for secnic take highway 420 and cross on the rainbow bridge. Goes right by downtown niagara falls, you can have lunch and see the falls prior to crossing. No heavy trucks on the rainbow bridge but I doubt that matters to you.
