Question for the HD Gurus

Hey guys, was just wondering what's the difference between:
Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 EIDE 80GB ATA-133 7200RPM (OEM)

and a
Maxtor EIDE 80GB ATA-133 7200RPM 8MB Buffer (OEM)

they appear to be the same drive to me, but different prices?

and also which HD is the best out of these 5 (the 2 above + the following):
Samsung 80GB EIDE ATA-133 7200 RPM (SP0822N)
Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 80GB Ultra ATA/100 7200RPM 2MB Cache (OEM)
Western Digital Caviar EIDE (WD800JB) 80GB ATA-100 7200RPM 8MB Buffer (OEM)

and if anyone has any other store suggestions besides canadacomputers that's located in the Richmond Hill/Markham/Thornhill area, feel free to mention them as well :)

1st drive looks like it can come in either 2mb or 8mb cache denominations...

check the manufacturer site and cross reference the model #'s.

i bought that same barracuda for my wife's machine and it smokes.
