I was on the forums looking for a pocket bike and saw gordons post and have been discussing it with him via email. He told me several things as discussed in the topic found here ( http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/showthread.php?t=310029&page=1&pp=15&highlight=pocket+bike ) and even after he got banned he told me he was banned because he was mouthing off in the off topic area.

I went to meet up saw the bike and at the time it WAS running but something was wrong when he refused to meet at his home and refused to give me a contact number. As I saw the bike was fine I took it home immediately after the bike started choking on pull starts and when the tank was empty and refilled the bike would not start up again.

To make this story short this little punk tried to sell me a Lemon! Good thing I took it back to a store called KTO Racing and they told me of Gordons history and how the bike was already broken etc.. as they knew the bikes previous owner. (Gordon purchased the bike for $60 ONLY and is asking for around 2bills)

I contacted the lil punk and I got my money back after telling him that I would contact the police about the matter if he did not give me back my money. His father showed up with him when we made the sale and when he "REFUNDED" me the money. (funny how he said his parents didnt like people coming to the house and him selling things but he comes along anyways..)

Any one with existing trade deals with him should stop and should he try to sell you a black pocket bike it is completely GARBAGE! (everything he said in the post above are all lies. Gordon is just a 17year old punk who talks big. He cant rebuild or drive anything so dont be fooled!) DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM STAY AWAY!

well I knew that the police wouldnt do anything, I just used it to scare the kid .. . im not going to take buying a LEMON standing down man... you wouldnt either.. When I took the bike to the KTO Racing store (which is 30 mins from where I live almost) you could NOT BELIEVE the words that they used to describe the bike.. they IMMEDIATELY knew who the bike used to belong to and knew that it was sold to a lil punk named Gordon. They even said that they knew that the bike had blown carberators and leaks EVERYWHERE... in his ad he says the bike is not a "EBAY *****" but that is EXACTLY what it is .. as the KTO Racing owner explained to me.. If I didnt do this and scare the little punk and his dad do you think I would have gotten my money back? .. no man.. even the previous posters said he met at Gordons house .. why wouldnt he meet me there? why wouldnt he give me a contact number?

The bike was infact NOT USED for only these months.. he has had the bike for a while and the bike as stated he "REBUILT" the engine.. then how come when I took it down to KTO Racing by just looking at it he told me that there was AT LEAST $200 worth of things to fix in order to get the bike running properly.. (namely the engine which Gordon claimed "HE" REBUILT) The owners exact words were "this bike is ebay garbage and its previous owner sold it to some kid named Gordon, and that little punk caused alot of troubles in the community." Its like I just bought a car and when I take it to the mechanic they can VISUALLY SEE over $10000 worth of problems on a $4000 car? How would you feel? He just RIPPED ME!? Of course I would demand my money back... how could I not? The owner said that he took in the bike before and fixed it for either Gordon or the previous owner and it will die anytime so its far from "REBUILT"

yeah when I showed up to meet him back for the money his father tried to blame me for the problems of the bike saying how ohh I could have broken it etc... I just ignored his father and went straight for Gordon and told him Im not dealing with you im dealing with your son. And told him to give me my money so I could leave... and after saying some bs he handed it over... he started saying how I took the bike for a test drive and brought him back a bike that doesnt run.. but in reality the bike wasnt going to run that much longer anymore as the guys at KTO said; the bike had leaks everywhere.. the exhaust was melted on and would rip right off due to vibration .. lets just say there was about $200 worth of damages WITHOUT taking the bike appart to look at..

You are SOOOOOO lucky he gave you your money back. The guy could have told you to f off and there would have been NOTHING you could have done. Sure you could have gone to small claims but considering you dont have any receipts for the transaction I doubt you'd win, even if it was worth your time.

I think another problem is the lack of info being passed on to us as forum members. When someone gets banned the reason is more closely guarded than the Caramilk secret. I mean if I'm going to make a deal with someone for a few bills, I think this info is valuable to me. Every time something like this happens the information is always too little too late...

Case in point, this all happened and 4 pages later nobody has a clue why he got banned.

To the OP. Although what Gordon did was wrong and I in no way support his actions.

You are SOOOOOO lucky he gave you your money back. The guy could have told you to f off and there would have been NOTHING you could have done. Sure you could have gone to small claims but considering you dont have any receipts for the transaction I doubt you'd win, even if it was worth your time.

I think another problem is the lack of info being passed on to us as forum members. When someone gets banned the reason is more closely guarded than the Caramilk secret. I mean if I'm going to make a deal with someone for a few bills, I think this info is valuable to me. Every time something like this happens the information is always too little too late...

Case in point, this all happened and 4 pages later nobody has a clue why he got banned.

clueless... he sold me a pocket bike that ran when he showed it to me his exact words on the condition of the bike were:


The bike was infact NOT USED for only these months.. he has had the bike for a while and the bike as stated he "REBUILT" the engine.. then how come when I took it down to KTO Racing by just looking at it he told me that there was AT LEAST $200 worth of things to fix in order to get the bike running properly.. (namely the engine which Gordon claimed "HE" REBUILT) The owners exact words were "this bike is ebay garbage and its previous owner sold it to some kid named Gordon, and that little punk caused alot of troubles in the community." Its like I just bought a car and when I take it to the mechanic they can VISUALLY SEE over $10000 worth of problems on a $4000 car? How would you feel? He just RIPPED ME!? Of course I would demand my money back... how could I not? The owner said that he took in the bike before and fixed it for either Gordon or the previous owner and it will die anytime so its far from "REBUILT"



yeah when I showed up to meet him back for the money his father tried to blame me for the problems of the bike saying how ohh I could have broken it etc... I just ignored his father and went straight for Gordon and told him Im not dealing with you im dealing with your son. And told him to give me my money so I could leave... and after saying some bs he handed it over... he started saying how I took the bike for a test drive and brought him back a bike that doesnt run.. but in reality the bike wasnt going to run that much longer anymore as the guys at KTO said; the bike had leaks everywhere.. the exhaust was melted on and would rip right off due to vibration .. lets just say there was about $200 worth of damages WITHOUT taking the bike appart to look at..



lets just say hes lucky his dad was there.. but I wouldnt mind ruffing him up as well.. the guy knew the bikes condition and still let his son sell that garbage to me. Well Gordan clearly says that this bike is not ebay sh*t but on the other site Gordan says he bought this bike off someone on ebay and he fixed it up. Honestly, if thats the case I think Gordan should be banned because I have just proven him guilty of lieing to sell his item. I have post the site below so please feel free to check it out. :)

In response to Gordons posts in the other thread:

im just going to keep this simple and short as this issue has already been resolved and there is no need for it to drag longer..

#1 - he never once stated "AS IS" in any msn/email/phone convo.. he only said it after I brought the bike back to him to see if he could figure out what had happend. The bike had problems starting THE NIGHT that I took it home, I took it to him the very next day.
#2 - once again he refused to meet me at his house where according to him the proper tools would be. Made me meet him near his home. Never gave me an address or telephone number.
#3 - yes me and my friends were able to get it running for 30 MINUTES and it started choking and dying.. we thought it was in need of more gas. We got gas mixed the oil but the bike would not start .. and to the very next day STILL WOULD NOT START.
#4 - does a healthy bike leak GAS and OIL ?? (it leaked the ENTIRE TANK throughout the night) Gordons response to this : because you dont know how to start it. KTORacing/AllWheels response: your carbrator has leaks/problems as well as other problems...
#5 - he says the bike was crashed thats why it cant start up.. and the people at KTO were trying to rip me off. Ok.. lets get this straight the crash was not a crash (stop saying it was a crash it was far from a crash) it was just my friend falling to the side of the bike, and the bike landing ONTOP of him.. Here is the exact convo I had with the owner of KTO Racing:
I asked him if he could get the bike up and running again, he said yes but the cost to get the bike up and running again would cost you more than a new bike this is an ebay bike (according to gordon it was not..) He pointed out the history of the bike (as stated in the first post) and said that the bike had leaks and problems EVERYWHERE the bike was CERTIFIED (dead/garbage) by the first owner when he first brought it into the store to get the bike fixed up. Then the bike was fixed up and sold it to a kid named Gordon for $60 (why was the bike $60? cause it was garbage lol) How could a simple fall cause leaks in the carbrator, engine, etc.. and the exhaust was screwed as well. I even asked it was part of the history of the bike so it had nothing to do with me.. the parts that were broken I already compensated you for your garbage!
#6 - because the peg was broken and the throttle cover (which was calculated by KTO it only costs $20 to fix) I agreed on $180 back because I am a reasonable guy. I broke those stuff so i let down from it but I AM NOT going to fix a $200 bike with an additional $200+ ??? (remember these were ONLY the problems that he could physically see and bike was never taken apart but he knows cause he took the bike apart before)
#7 - The KTO guys hating you has nothing to do with this if ANY OF you guys want to ask you can go contact KTORacing and ask them about Gordons Black Bike they will be happy to tell you the exact same things which they told me. (I wonder why the KTO guys hate you.. could it be the same reason why RFD hates you?)
#8 - KTO is not a ripoff the guy said he could fix it but he doesnt want to touch the train wreck he can get it up and running with quick fixes but he cant guarantee when the bike will break down again.. by just looking he showed me step by step where the bikes problems were and how much it would cost to fix. (does that sound like a person whos trying to rip me off??) He could have just had $200 worth of business but instead he told me to go back and explained and looked at the bike FREE of charge.. where as at allwheels it costs $50/hr to look and maintenance... so dont be draging others good name in the dirt along with you.
#9 - Yes insurance DOES pay for your medical bills grow up and get your information right.. be sure not to crash with ur benz or mini little boy..
#10 - LOL who dosnt have the balls to look at who? lol who had there daddy do all the talking.. lol chinese gang of boys? LOL get a life and grow up.
#11 - Why all the secrets?? No contact # .. No address?? ... hrmmm whos shady??...
#12 - Last but not least if your bike WAS indeed not broken and nothing was wrong with it WHY did you show up for a refund?? Cause I threatened to call the police?? If you did nothing wrong why would u be afraid??? nuff said.

To sum it all up, YOU KNEW the bike had problems thats why you were so afraid when I said I was taking it to KTO and you IMMEDIATELY called me and tried to tell me some bs saying that yeah KTO will try to ripp you off saying the bike needs fixing this and that.. You didnt count on them remembering your bike and you did you??? .. YOUR DAD KNEW the bike had problems as well thats why he was so concerned and kept calling you that day and you kept saying to your dad "dont worry, dont worry Ill handle it" Dont BS anymore or talk anymore trash on the forums Gordon its over you tried to rip me and it didnt happen.. you have my number you want to find me then find me ill slap some sense to you in your face.

I don't believe so... based on:

1. my memory is vague, but he looks different

2. guy in picture looks vietnamese, which is consistent with the picture quality and resolution of the picture of the gun labeled "lanny", which is also consistent with the member "lanny nguyen" in the main page.

3. If you refer to the picture labeled "gordons", the resolution and quality is higher than the "lanny" photos. And if you look up gordon's post history on here, you'll see that he mentions owning the AK47 and glock in that picture.
