Best place to get a DVI cable

Ok so i just found out shaw doesent include a DVi cable with there 9200 receivers, sooooo...rather than spending 90+ :| on a Monster cable, where else could i get one? rather not look on ebay since im getting receiver tommorow and i want to watch HDTV tommorow, dollar store?
