Hi guys,
I'm going on exchange to a university in the UK this September (in Leeds for 5 months) and I was wondering if anyone knew a great deal of a cell phone plan (monthly or pay as you go). I know this is a Canadian deals forum, but probably some of you went travelling or on exchange as well and faced this same situation.
It'll be great if it also had great roaming charges within Western Europe too. I'm planning to use this as my main landline in the UK. Skype will be used for LD : )
