A photo in the latest IKEA cataloge is turning some heads.
A Canadian customer noticed something was a little odd about a dog featured in a bedroom photo on page 2. The pooch's leg has an uncanny resemblance to a certain male appendage. There are reports the work is that of an angry employee looking to get a rise out of IKEA customers. IKEA denys that claim.
The catalog has been distributed to 6 million canadian homes, and 175 million households world wide.

Someone please get a picture of this dog asap!

I am really surprised to see that more people were not commenting on this worlwide it has drawn alot of attention there was an article in the globe and mail my husband told me it was on the radio last night. He pulled the catalogue out to take a look and YES it does look weird and tampered with. Maybe they like to draw attention to themselves. Think of it isit not a great marketing scheme. Now more people are actually looking at the catalogue and will probably browse threw it before they toss it out.

Look closer, it is in fact the dog's hind leg. The angle of the light hitting it masks the defining curve of the back part of it (similar to a turkey leg).

Saw this story on tv the other day, took out my Ikea catalogue, and I thought, the reporter who did this (or the editor who allowed this) should be fired. ANYBODY who knows about dogs (not just anyone with a dog at home, but those who KNOW about dogs) know that it's the dog's leg. Stupid. Yes, it LOOKS like a penis, but it's not.
