I had my Cdn passport and a number of cards stolen a few days ago (SIN card, debit cards, credit card).

I've filed a police report for the break-in and listed all the above on the list of what is missing.

I've cancelled all the debit & credit cards, and reported my passport stolen. It seems like I can't report my SIN card "stolen" until I apply for a new one. Likewise for my BC Medical CareCard. In fear of identity theft, I've also notified Equifax & Transunion and placed an alert on my file.

Any other steps that you would advise me to take?

TIA.

seems like you've done everything by the book, now it's just time to wait for the cards to be replaced. good luck

The person cant do anything with cancelled credit cards or passport.

So just chill for now untill you get replacements

Well since you mentioned it was "stolen", and not "lost". This indicated a motive for someone that will do greater damage using your info.

Be in for a surprise that theyv got your SIN, theyr going to create a new profile and cash out for thousands of dollars.

You've just lost 5 years of your life with alot of headache.

Dont keep your private sh*t in your wallet, how many fcuking times you gonna use your SIN per year? not too many. You wont find it, it wont be found clean.

So I wont say "good luck" cause thats a impossible.
