Of the 3 choices, I chose Shabusen; gotta love the ayce BBQ. Besides, I work 2 blocks from the Granville location, and have been there the most.
Tomokazu on Broadway is also pretty good.
maverick is good tooDoesn't really help Vancouverites any.

Shabusen is excellent. Good value too. The Aji Taro in Richmond isn't bad either but they love to cut half your order so many of the stuff you order never show up.
