Brand new (i.e. never opened) Xbox 360 bundle, includes the following:

* Xbox 360 premium (with hard drive, wireless controller, Xbox Live silver, headset, component HD AV cable, and Ethernet cable)

* Box has sticker "Bonus Media Control - Limited Time Offer" with picture of the remote control (so I assume this is included)

* Play & Charge Kit

* Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter

* Far Cry Instincts: Predator

Both games are also brand new (still in original wrappers).

GTA pickup, prefer in the neighbourhood of Markham, Richmond Hill, or North York.

Futureshop sells these for $763.75 (including tax). I'm selling them for $600 or best offer. Cash or certified cheque only please.

Please read carefully and don't low-ball me after agreeing to a price and then asking to buy only part of the system at a lower price.

If you walk into Futureshop today and buy just these two games, you have to pay $136.78 including tax. These are brand new, unopened games. The premium system + quick charger is $614 including tax, that's altogether $750 value. I'm not selling an opened system, this is brand new.

Please don't offer anything less than $549 or to buy part of the system if you're not interested.
