I'm making this thread because I think it would be cool for everyone to share their decor style and etc.


To start things off.....this is my room :D

My style is modern/contemporary...I'm just 18 years old..I don't have alot of money...this is what I managed to do soo far. :D

i just redid my room 2 weeks ago, new paint (baby blue), replaced the old parkay floor with ceramic 12by12 tiles (beige) and added a mirror closet sliding door.

I love your floor that is a nice deep red colour. Actually that is a "sexy time" (Borat) colour perfect for seducing chickies. Just need a mood light. :razz:

I got that desk...like 5 years ago..it was around 250-400 $ at staples..i cant remeber

yea...it's hard to find a good corner desk these days...for some reason, I think the older stuff are better than what we have now in stores.

I bought a corner desk at ikea. i forget how much it was, years ago.

LOL..I just think it would look cool with my tower lol it matches somewhat...and I don't even use the bass..I just turn it all the way down because of people next door soo yea..

Why do people put their monitors on a stand like that?
Don't you have to look up to see your monitor?
Shouldn't the top of you monitor be level with you eyes so that you head is tilted slightly down when looking at it?
I especially don't understand why people mount a LCD TV on top of a fireplace. Isn't that way too high?
