GPS software for my s620

Does anybody know where i can get the best deal on GPS software for my:
HTC s620

I was using iGuidance on my TyTn but it doesn't work on smart phones.
so I need new software now.

I heard Route 66 works and i think Tom Tom 6

LMK If anybody is selling their copy or knows a good location to get one
