WTB Dell Windows XP Restore/Recovery CD

Looking to buy a Dell Windows XP Home Recovery/Restore CD
for my Dell computer, I have my valid license key/COA sticker.
My system crashed, I have no cd, and the auto recovery option has been formated.

I have tried Dell support for over a week, and since my machine is an out of warranty, U.S machine they keep giving me the run around. Always another step or form I have to complete, yet I need xp working now :)

Anyhelp would be great..

Is this for a desktop or a laptop? (or does it not matter?)

I have a Dell 700M laptop with all the CDs......I never really used the CDs but I am sure I have recovery CD.
