How to tell a good lease deal vs. a bad one? What are the advantages of lease vs. purchase/finance.

leasing u get the option of keeping the car (paying the buyback) or giving it back to the dealer at the end of the lease. If u need to return it make sure u find out what condition the car needs to be in when returning it. Ive heard people returning cars and getting charged for minor scatches.
u know wat... this will take too long. go to a dealership and ask. or research it on the internet.

thkx, I am just looking for tips from people who had leased 2 or more cars and may share their concerns, experience, give their advice..there have to be places to avoid and details to watch out for..
