Well theres no IRIVER Canada so I don't see your point.
these were onsale for 130 at bestbuy last month.
Btw, it cost $150 to sign up for Urge, to get that $30 off.

The shipping guarantee would only apply within the US I am assuming.
Also...you have to purchase your URGE pass BEFORE you get the discount on the player...so you can't test drive the URGE service with this player before making a 1 year commitment!
URGE is also only available to those in the USA so how exactly does this help me?
