My computer is acting up so i'm deciding to just get a new one...so i'm looking to purchase a PC that at least turns on and is functional...no monitor or speakers or anything...
looking to spend $85 max (negotiable depending on the computer)...
Pref. Specs:
P4 (at least 1.0 ghz)
40 GB space
256 RAM
i'm not a computer wiz so i just need a computer to browse the internet for and do some school work...
