Universal and Sony prohibit Zune sharing for certain artists (http://www.engadget.com/2007/01/19/universal-and-sony-prohibit-zune-sharing-for-certain-artists/1#comments)
I like the Zune more and more. MS pays Universal a royalty fee. Then advertises a totally crippled Wifi sharing feature, which turns out to be more restrictive than actually advertised. Welcome to the social indeed.
Then again, I guess one of the comments in the post summarizes the importance of this problem: "The idea that this is somehow a problem is predicated on the belief that more than one person in any 50-mile radius area actually owns a Zune."
