Microsoft Office Small Business 2007 upgrade

Hi guys, currently I have microsoft office 2000 standard edition. I am thinking of getting 2007 small business upgrade.

The 2007 small business edition upgrade have a few things over my 2000 standard edition, my questions is can I get this upgrade and will it work with my office 2000 standard edition???
