right now when i play warcraft for too long, the game slow down to a halt almost and processor makes a lot of noise.... on my HD i half almost 50gb's empty... whats the problem?

Download a program which identifies your motherboard, look up that model number on the manufacturer's site.
The info on the hard disk, you may not find, but any PC within the last 3-4 years should handle the largest drives they have now.
Exactly what video card? Saying 256MB AGP is like saying I have a car with 4 wheels. Not enough info.
