Hi folks,

dunno if any of you encountered this before but one of my HDDs which worked fine yesterday suddenly became a RAW partition.

What can I do to save the files? or what could have caused this?

thanks

Run hard disk recovery software. You'll need to them repartition/reformat the drive.

It happens mainly because of corruption. It usually isn't a sign of impending hardware failure but you should run a hard disk diagnostic from the manufacturer regardless.
