I have a mint Liberty City UMD game original v2.0 unpatched so you can downgrade your PSP to 1.5 and then back up to 3.0 Dark Alex edition which is also included on DVD.
Play all the free UMD games & homebrew stuff. Unlock your processor to a full 333mhz, unlock mainboard and crank brightness levels.
Price is $60 firm for UMD & all the tools you need to downgrade on extra DVD.
Lowballers and haters post away if you want, these go for $50 to $70USD all day on eBay and I'll post it there if RFD is a hassle :-)
